My new camera arrived

Today just before 10 it got here. I have been waiting for it for 9 weeks and I love it. I barely have the time getting to know thou as I’m alone with three kids. Frustrating? A bit –  but given the circumstances it really does not matter all that much.

The kids and I just spent a few days on Rømø and I ended up taking the kids to the beach to get some silhouette. I haven’t has a chance to edit them, but one I have to show.Silouet1 copy

My kids are just beautiful, if I may say so myself.

Funny after lusting after the new camera for so long, the thought of parting with the other one is not sitting well with me. Iben is nagging me to give it to her, I think we should consider it.

Trip to Rømø

a few days ago we took  a trip to Rømø. The weather has been so hot and humid and sticky that the beach seemed to be the right place to go. We had a great few hours there and the kids enjoyed it immensely. Sønnich got very daring and actually went all the way in the water – right away! Iben being a water rat, was in the water for a long long time. I took some cute and awsome pictures of that, but for obvious reasons they will not be shown here. Grandma if you read here, I would sent them to you if you would like that.

After the beach trip we went back and had dinner at my parents place, Steph and Gregor and Alma showed up too.

Truck toy that Sønnich played with

Bedstemor bought cool waterguns for the kids – they had a blast with them.

Alma eating Ibens nose. Iben adores her little cousin and loves playing with her.

Liv 6 weeks old, sleeping in her daddys arms.

Not related by blood, can you believe it?

Rocks should not be thrown

because when they do, you end up looking like this – with a “butterfly” bandaid in Sønnichs words.

also it requires a trip to the doctor to get glued and patched back together and the trip to the beach that Mor had planned, is cancelled.

Little sister is blissfully unaware and spent the time doing this

and Iben was still in SFO.

This was a short update from an ordinary family of 5 – I’m sure this was not the last time we get one of “those” calls from a nursery, school etc.
